The new year has begun; a perfect moment to slow down, breathe, and begin again. At Banyan Yoga, we’re offering two gentle 4‑week foundation courses:

1.     Yoga for Beginners and

2.     Basic Pranayama (Breath work)

Yoga for Beginners - Move, Unwind & Reconnect

A space to move, unwind, and come back to yourself. With grounding, accessible yoga practices, you’ll soften tension, build steadiness, and rediscover ease in both body and mind.

Unwind & rebalance.

 

Short Course Schedule: Saturdays 13:00–14:00hr

  • Week 1 (10/1): Foundations & standing movements
  • Week 2 (17/1): Backbends & seated postures
  • Week 3 (27/1): Flexibility & gentle flow
  • Week 4 (31/1): Yoga styles & props

Basic Pranayama (Breath work) - A Gentle Reset

A quiet moment to settle, breathe, and start anew. Through simple guided breath work, you’ll ease tension, clear mental space, and return to a sense of calm, clarity, and purpose.

Release & renew. Return to your body and breath

Short course schedule - Saturdays 14:15–15:15hr

  • Week 1 (10/1): Natural breath, three‑part breath & Nadi Shodhana
  • Week 2 (17/1): Nadi Shodhana & introduction to Ujjayi
  • Week 3 (24/1): Kapalabhati & Ujjayi refinement
  • Week 4 (31/1): Integration, deepening of all previous practices & simple home routine

For both courses goes it’s best to follow the full course, but single classes are also available.

Investment: €15 per session.
